Observation

In the office area there are beats and/or small objects, smalled than 1 3/4" which pose choking hazards. There are a lot of cords, electrical cords, Chrismas Lights, lights roaps in the front door area and in the back porch area and next to the refrigerator in the outside play area. There are slivers on the wooden fences and tools accessible to children with sharp edges in the outdoor play area. There is an adult swing in the outdoor play area on top of cement which is accessible to children. There is a refrigerator in the outdoor play area which does not have a locking mechanism and there is an alcohol bottle inside the refrigerator. There are several areas in the indoor licensed areas and on the outdoor of the house which has peeling paint, the sheetrock is broken or damaged. The air conditioner is not working properly and children had access to a portable fan and the electrical cord. The outlet in the restroom is not Tamper Resistant/GFCI. There are many extension cords plugged into walls or hanging from the walls in the outdoor play area. Outside there is a swimming pool which is uniflated, but the rubber is accessible to children. There are plastics on the floor and plastic bags accessible to children outside. Risk
